What the record shows

  1. Tyler’s 2:23 PM email reports that Jason characterized his efforts to discuss staff misconduct as harassment during the store encounter. The message states that the encounter was recorded.
  2. The email expressly identifies disability, lisp, ADHD and Indigenous identity. It says an MHRC complaint will follow and that further retaliation will be documented.
  3. Steve replies that a lawyer should contact him and says he does not want further conversations with someone who called him racist. The next chronological event is the July 22 protection-order proceeding.
