   Guys, So I have dead to rights a phone call recorded of Adam yelling at me over cradled_filth's behaviour. Honestly it's rather disgusting. When these issues, are brought up. They should be taken seriously. You cannot have staff members sharing customer details so they can find people online to mock them. We have screenshots and comments from cradled_filth's youtube of 3 subscribers (I am one of them now). cradled_filth is trying to tell me I have charges related to pedophilia claims in Manitoba. I have, absolutely zero criminal record and honestly the police and I have a very good relationship. I would really like you all to recognize what we have here. I am, a verified audio engineer with self published releases as well as label releases globally. While it's all in the Drum and Bass and EDM genres, what I have is real. It took years upon years of struggle and trouble to be where I am today with music and audio work. I am an audio engineer. I literally create music, from sine waves. Any music you see on my channels is about 60-70% my engineering in old music, and now 80-90% in current modern releases and mixes. I love audio, and especially engineering with it. It's what I do. cradled_filth, doesn't have anything. I have 478 monthly spotify listeners and over 19,000 almost 20,000, youtube followers with a verified artist account. You can literally google me. I have a knowledge panel. You don't even have a knowledge panel Steve. When I say I am more qualified than a lot of your staff, I mean it. Professionally and audibly, I am a force of nature in electronic music. The fact Canadian colonial/settler minds cannot accept a Native American as a DJ and producer, that's a whole other issue and situation. I can't control Canadians and how they think. Most of my love and affection for my music comes from the Philippines and Russia. Vietnam, Taiwan. Not Canada. I get it. Canadians don't want to see native people in music. I can't even get you two to acknowledge my proficiency in my skills because you think it has nothing to do with the situation. If you can't even acknowledge what I can do because it offends you, that is a problem as well. Anyways, those phone calls and these issues. I told you very explicitly Steve I would do this and I could because it's really not that hard to upset racists who think they're smarter than me because I have a lisp. You guys understand I am a University of Manitoba student in the Computer Science program? I literally record eat and parse data for fun. It's literally what I do. So to challenge a software engineer when your management teams don't even possess, spotifies or verifiable music careers is quite concerning. I have, quite a bit to establish and prove my proficiency in audio, general software work, administrative and beyond. What I have experienced and documented with your stores the past few days is a huge legal liability. There are only a couple more days here before I start compiling the big report.    Just an FYI, this is the calls transcripts. Adam: "Thanks for holding, Adam speaking." You: "Adam, so this is quite interesting because I was there last week and you had told me after I confronted you about cradled_filth that he's not like that or whatever, like you said that you've known him for a long time and he doesn't do the things that he does. I got him online here on YouTube or whatever trying to like say I'm a pedophile and that he's gonna like expose all this fucking uh stuff that he has no... he has no idea what he's talking about. And it's definitely cradled_filth. You know, so like we have like, you know, a whole bunch of issues here where we have a staff member of yours stalking someone online because they're very easy to find, me, right? Over all of this issue because of that guitar and me confronting him and you know kind of I don't know if that embarrassed him or whatever I don't really understand but like this garbage man. Like you have staff members coming to my accounts and stuff online to to mock me for my lisp and stuff. You know, do you understand like how big of a human rights issue this actually is having your staff members come online and follow a guy around because he's native and he has a lisp and he wants to mock him?" I'm... like dude, like this isn't going to you anymore man, like if you guys don't do anything about this we're going to the Manitoba Human Rights Commission man. Like what do you... this is not a game dude. This is online stalking and harassment from your staff members to me. And I have all the evidence I need man." Adam: "You too know that you started this, right?" You: "By what? By calling him out online first?" Adam: "No matter what's happening. You started it. You called him out online first." You: "Oh, oh so he's allowed to do this, right? That's what you're saying?" Adam: "But you were allowed to do it first, right? Because you did it first, you started it." You: "Dude, it's definitely my right to call a person out for being that stupid. Yeah. For a guy to come out there and start making fun of my lisp and everything, that's different man." Adam: "Okay well you know, I'm not listening to you anymore. You've gone up to Steve Long. Steve Long has forwarded it to us. Yeah. Me and Jason Charney are handling this." You: "It doesn't seem like it man." Adam: "You do what you gotta do, but we're not dealing with this anymore with you." You: "Man you can't deny this man. If you're gonna try and like block me as a customer, like I have this phone call recorded man. Like if you're gonna be this aggressive over it... you are allowing this abuse to happen from your staff to customers? For what reason?" Adam: "Um, at this point it's not staff to customer. I don't know what's going on between you two guys, that's none of my business. Whatever's happening is outside of work." You: "It's definitely your business man. It's happening because of Long & McQuade. Yeah man." Adam: "It's not my business if it's happening outside of work. At that point it's between you two guys." You: "No, it's between us and the province now man, if that's what you're gonna do. Like..." Adam: "How does this have anything to do with the store?" You: "If that's what you want to argue man, if you can't see the actual like the whole thing then that's, you know, your prerogative right? Like if you want to play that game right? That's your choice of action. Look how aggressive you're being here. Do you see like you're raising your voice and stuff? Why are you being so... why are you raising your voice and yelling at me?" Adam: "I'm not yelling at you." You: "Yeah dude, you're quite upset." Adam: "Well cause you keep calling the store." You: "I only called once man. Do not say keep calling because you guys kept calling me. I actually have the records of that. I explicitly told you guys in writing to stop. No no, I explicitly told you guys in writing to stop calling me. You guys called me three times and I told you to stop. Right? I had to get the other store to get you to stop calling me. Remember? I do." Adam: "No I don't remember cause uh you know I'm not..." You: "Well I do because we have the evidence man. And like I've actually asked you, you know, multiple times in writing you could have apologized in writing, you refused to. Right? So again. This is the problem with cradled_filth man and the store there, right?" Adam: "How is it a problem with the store?" You: "With how you're acting man." Adam: "Nothing to do with the way I'm acting. Yes. How is it a problem with the store?" You: "You are the manager." Adam: "And I am the manager of a store, yes." You: "And acting this way towards a customer trying to bring forward... yeah and acting this way towards a customer trying to bring forward like a pretty obvious case of abuse and stuff is pretty absurd man. Like the way you're acting, how defensive you're acting. And then how you're trying to detach the store from the situation. How did I meet cradled_filth? I didn't just meet him online or in the streets man. I met him at your store. I've never met this guy until I came to your store." Adam: "Uh, so what do you want moving forward here? I'm not sure what you're hitting at." You: "I've gotten what I need. Apparently you're very aggressive over it and you want to fight till the end of time and you're gonna try to block me as a customer because I'm confronting you about an issue you don't want to talk about." Adam: "I never said that..." You: "That's your actions sir. Like the phone call's recorded man, it's all good. Right?" Adam: "That's nice. Okay I'll talk to you later, bye bye."
