What the record shows

1. cradled_filth's handwritten application says Tyler "has hacked my social media accounts" and is "harassing colleagues on the phone" and "uploading many YouTube videos daily". At the hearing he swore he was "assuming" the IP address was his and that he did not know how to verify the hacking.
2. The application says Tyler is "uploading videos full of false allegations", is in contact with the executive board and is claiming litigation over "non-existent discriminatory treatment". At the hearing cradled_filth said he had not seen the videos and only learned of them when his manager phoned him.
3. The application says Tyler's tirades show "a clear disconnect from reality" and that he "contacts my colleagues daily and continues to visit my work". At the hearing cradled_filth said he had seen Tyler in the store once, that Tyler did not see him, and that a colleague told him about it. He also said he was "not sure if he's ... interpreting the same reality that I am".
4. The application says cradled_filth read "disturbing allegations of abuse toward children and domestic partners at the hands of Tyler" and that Tyler is "enlisting his acquaintances to harass me and my wife". At the hearing cradled_filth described violent allegations "towards Tyler from a domestic partner", said he was told about them, and said of his wife "They haven't done anything yet to her".
5. Appendix A says Tyler is "enacting a broad harassment campaign" and has escalated "daily for the last 2 months", with acquaintances calling the store on July 22. At the hearing cradled_filth described the callers as people who "try to log complaints against cradled_filth ... for racial treatment of Tyler and online harassment of Tyler", and said his one face-to-face contact was the repair visit.
6. A YouTube reply from the account @cradled_filth to @formantaudio reads "you're a goof and I can prove it to the world ... I heard you got some charges from when you were younger?". Tyler says @cradled_filth is cradled_filth's account.
7. Tyler's screenshot pairs YouTube comments by @cradled_filth with a LinkedIn "Who's viewed your profile" entry for a sales and rentals associate at Long & McQ... Tyler says the viewer is cradled_filth's account and that cradled_filth's accounts were viewing him and commenting on his videos, while cradled_filth told the court he had no online contact with Tyler beyond one LinkedIn reply.
