  1. Paragraph 9 of Tyler’s MHRC written statement describes his May 25 email to Jason: he identified his lisp and alleged that cradled_filth’s contempt and refusal to listen related to ethnicity, speech or both.
  2. Paragraph 10 describes the May 26 follow-up about calls continuing after he asked them to stop, and his notice that future interactions would be recorded and repair information requested in writing.
