What the record shows

  1. Tyler emails Steve that he has been served. Steve replies that cradled_filth did not ask for his opinion or permission, and says the issue is with cradled_filth personally.
  2. Steve also says he has never seen one person upset so many staff. In a later reply that evening, he says he questioned staff in response to Tyler’s complaints and denies initiating conversations without such a complaint.
  3. The exchange documents information moving between the customer, senior management and staff. It does not establish that Steve ordered cradled_filth to seek the protection order.
