This is the extent of the information we have on file. It includes all system notes, purchases, and information that we have on you. Any conversations I have had with Jason have been by telephone. We do not use what's app for business Typically customer notes would be shared via the journal system, which is included in this report. Any emails dealing with you have always included you in the thread, so you would have a copy of anything already. Steve, These contradictions are now being documented and provided to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner. You cannot reasonably maintain that the material you supplied represents the extent of Long & McQuade's information concerning me when cradled_filth has already testified under oath to the opposite. cradled_filth specifically testified that information about me was being supplied from other Long & McQuade stores across the country, along with information from coworkers and management. That evidence necessarily raises questions about the Calgary history and the other internal information and allegations that were being circulated about me. More importantly, cradled_filth expressly told the Court that I was in Long & McQuade's customer-profile system, that he had access to it, and raised this while discussing obtaining information such as my birthdate or address to assist with locating and serving me in his personal court proceeding. That is not speculation. He said it under oath. Whether accessing or using customer information for that purpose complied with Long & McQuade's privacy obligations is now a matter for the Privacy Commissioner. What is already clear is that cradled_filth's sworn evidence describes internal information-sharing and use or contemplated use of my customer profile that your disclosure does not account for. I will be providing the Privacy Commissioner with your response beside the relevant portions of cradled_filth's transcript and explaining each contradiction. Tyler
