What the record shows

  1. The report header reads “Aug-28-26” and names Steve Long as operator. Its journal contains the July 23 narrative and cross-store instructions.
  2. This report establishes that those instructions were stored in the customer-record system. It also demonstrates that the company held account information beyond a direct email thread.
  3. The July 29 request for staff communications and the contents of this POS/journal export are different parts of the access dispute. Producing this report does not itself identify which internal emails or chats were searched, retained or disclosed.
