Hi Tyler, First allow me to apologize for cradled_filth's conduct. I've spoken to him regarding the issue. He truly believed that it was standard pickup interference and not a grounding issue. It is our policy to not take in repairs that aren't warranted since it slows down the queue. That said I've looked at your video and yes, it is clearly a grounding issue. The guitar should have been taken in without question and had my tech fix the problem. cradled_filth is still pretty new in the position and is developing his methods. I don't think there was anything malicious in his intent but clearly there were lines crossed. We don't want any customer leaving without receiving the best service we can provide. Obviously we failed in that respect. We are more than happy to help fix the issue with the guitar, but I also understand if you want to take it to another location. Both Pembina and Henderson locations have great techs that can service the instrument. If you can provide your phone number so I can locate your customer file, I'll be sure to note this conversation. I'll also make sure that any costs related to this repair are comp'd. Thank you for taking the time. Take care.
