What the record shows

  1. Crystal’s draft says she independently contacted management to ask that unwanted conduct stop. She says she did not ask for cradled_filth, threaten him, or act under Tyler’s direction to harass him.
  2. Tyler’s draft denies hacking, threats and physical pursuit, compares the grounding confirmations with the later narrative, and identifies questions about information supplied by stores and customer-profile access.
  3. The preserved DOCX copies have blank affirmation fields. They are response accounts in the source set; they are not assigned sworn dates or treated as completed court findings.
