Background -

The warranty complaint and the decision to document it

The first email puts both the service complaint and the documentation notice before Steve.

In this entry: Tyler, cradled_filth, Steve Long

What the record shows

  1. Tyler’s May 23 email reports that cradled_filth reversed the repair intake after testing the guitar himself, despite Tyler’s report of a grounding problem. The email says cradled_filth told him to document the problem.
  2. The complaint raises racism and treatment, not only the guitar diagnosis. In the follow-up that night, Tyler explicitly says conversations and interactions will be recorded and documented.
  3. Steve replies that technical problems must be demonstrated and offers further management discussion. The correspondence establishes that the complaint and documentation notice reached him at the start of the sequence.
