What the record shows

  1. The transcript emailed to Steve and Jason starts with Tyler reporting online conduct, offering screenshots, identifying his lisp and Indigenous identity, and saying he will go to the MHRC if management does not act.
  2. Adam then says Tyler started it by calling cradled_filth out online. Later he says he is not listening anymore, that Steve forwarded the matter, and that he and Jason are handling it.
  3. Adam also says what is happening outside work is none of his business. Management responsibility is asserted and disclaimed within the same recorded-call account.
