Background
From a service complaint to a company-wide ban
Read the complaints, the management responses, the customer-record instructions and the eventual exclusion in sequence.

What the record shows
- The original technical complaint was confirmed by Long & McQuade management: Dave Reeves acknowledged a grounding issue, and Jason Charney confirmed the technician had found it.
- The later record moves through complaints about race, disability and treatment; management descriptions of anger and harassment; restrictions circulated through the customer journal; privacy-access requests; and a national ban expressly citing negative social-media posts.
- Each dated page identifies its source. Customer accounts, company characterizations and documented restrictions retain their own labels. The undated response materials and process notes appear at the end rather than being assigned dates from a build plan.
